So here is an early concept sketch. I've entered the latest CG Society challange called, "Strange Behavior". I've entered both the Illustration Challenge as well as the Animation Challenge. Obviously my story will involve a worm. The worm story is part of the Animation Challenge. These are just four drawings of worms facial expressions. The design of the character is still early and will probably shift a bit here and there.

Cool I like it a lot actually. The expressions are great. How did you make the background with the little holes? Looks cool.
Thanks for commenting on my picture, as well. As for the light source on the two guys up front, basically it isn't anything in particular, just some strong light source. However, I like your description of it being from a flash. I did make two layers of the image, one I reduced the hue and blurred, then set that as a screen over the second image. It caused the highlights to become really blurry and bright, and your flash description actually lends to that. It seems like it would come from a flash. Thanks again! Can't wait to see more of your stuff.

Good stuff John. I like the idea but "COUGH COUGHsomethingArtisdoingaswell". But I think it looks good. Maybe you should talk to Art and see if he likes it. Cant wait to see more.
